These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of freedomfiles.co and all related editorial content, tools, and services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Nu Age Ventures, LLC, doing business as Freedom Files ("Freedom Files," "we," "our," or "us").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

We do not provide professional advice

Freedom Files is an editorial and matchmaking company. We are not a law firm, an investment adviser, a tax practice, or a licensed immigration consultancy. Nothing on the Site, in our briefings, in our profile-matching reports, in our podcasts, or in any other content we publish constitutes legal, investment, financial, tax, or immigration advice.

The information we publish is for general educational purposes only. Programs, fees, processing times, eligibility, and policy change frequently and vary by jurisdiction and by individual circumstance. You should never act, or refrain from acting, on the basis of information published on the Site without first consulting a credentialed professional licensed in the relevant jurisdiction.

Where our content is helpful is in framing the decision and in introducing you to credentialed third-party professionals (local counsel, accountants, licensed migration consultants, banking partners) who provide the binding advice and execution. Those professionals are independent of Freedom Files and are bound by their own professional and regulatory regimes.

Description of the Service

The Service includes (a) editorial content covering residency-by- investment, citizenship-by-investment, taxation, and relocation; (b) a profile-matching tool that produces a personalised report recommending jurisdictions and programs that may suit your situation; (c) introductions to credentialed third-party professionals; and (d) an email briefing for subscribers.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction to use the Service. Some parts of the Service may be subject to additional eligibility requirements communicated at the point of use.

Communications

By submitting your email to us through the Site, you agree that we may communicate with you electronically: for the delivery of any profile-matching report you request, transactional notices, and (if you have opted in) the periodic editorial briefing. You may unsubscribe from the editorial briefing at any time using the link included in every message.

User conduct

When using the Service you agree not to:

  • Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
  • Submit false, misleading, or impersonating information through our forms or matching tool.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or harvest content from the Site without our prior written consent.
  • Interfere with the operation of the Site, attempt to circumvent any security measure, or distribute malware.
  • Use the Service to send unsolicited communications or to promote competing services.

Intellectual property

All editorial content, design elements, trademarks, logos, and software on the Site are the property of Nu Age Ventures, LLC or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may share and quote our content for personal, non-commercial purposes with attribution. Any other use, including republication, commercial distribution, or use to train artificial intelligence systems, requires our prior written consent.

Third-party professionals and links

The Service may include introductions to, or links to, third-party professionals, websites, and services. These are independent of Freedom Files. We do not control them, are not responsible for their content or services, and inclusion does not imply endorsement.

We may receive a referral fee from certain partner professionals when you engage them. This relationship is disclosed in our Disclosures statement. Our editorial recommendations are made independently of these commercial arrangements.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, FREEDOM FILES MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY THAT ANY RESIDENCY, CITIZENSHIP, TAX, OR INVESTMENT PROGRAM DISCUSSED ON THE SITE WILL REMAIN AVAILABLE ON THE TERMS DESCRIBED, OR THAT YOU WILL QUALIFY FOR OR BE GRANTED ANY RESIDENCY, CITIZENSHIP, OR OTHER GOVERNMENTAL APPROVAL.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NU AGE VENTURES, LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY IN PART OR IN FULL TO YOU.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nu Age Ventures, LLC and its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claim, demand, loss, or damage, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, seated in Delaware, in English. Each party waives any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in court to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.

Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email (to subscribers) or by a prominent notice on the Site. Continued use of the Service after a change indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
