Nu Age Ventures, LLC (doing business as Freedom Files), referred to in this policy as "Freedom Files," "we," "our," or "us," respects your privacy. - Your name, email address, country of residence, and any other details you submit through our profile-matching tool, contact forms, newsletter sign-up, or any consultation request.
- Your responses to questionnaires designed to assess which residency or citizenship programs may suit your profile.
- Any information you send us by email or other correspondence.
Information collected automatically
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and version, device identifiers, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, and the date and time of your visit.
- Usage data: interactions with the Site, scroll depth, and navigation paths, collected via cookies and similar technologies.
Information from third parties
- Information from our email marketing platform, analytics providers, and any partner who refers you to us with your prior consent.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your enquiries and deliver the profile-matching report you requested.
- Match you with credentialed third-party professionals (lawyers, accountants, licensed migration consultants) in our partner network where you have requested an introduction.
- Send you periodic editorial briefings and program updates if you have opted in to receive them. You may unsubscribe at any time.
- Improve the Site, the editorial product, and the matching tool.
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, security breaches, and activity prohibited by our Terms.
- Comply with applicable law and respond to lawful requests.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality, analytics, and to remember your preferences. You can refuse non-essential cookies in your browser settings; essential cookies (required for the Site to function) cannot be disabled.
How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in the following circumstances:
- With credentialed partner professionals, when you have requested an introduction or a consultation. We do not share your information with partners speculatively.
- With service providers who help us operate the Site: hosting (Vercel), email delivery, analytics, and customer support. These providers are contractually bound to handle your information only as instructed by us.
- With legal and governmental authorities where required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, property, or the safety of our team or the public.
